KARACHI, Oct 18: Karachi’s disabled cricket team defeated the Madina Property Links by nine wickets at the Rashid Latif Cricket Ground on Friday.

The match, played for the best-of-five series in the title of Super Friendship League, was organised by the Madina Property Links.

The highlight of the match was the brilliant unbeaten century by Karachi disabled team’s opener Hasnain Alam.

Batting first, Madina Property Links posted 173 for seven in the allotted 25 overs with Adnan Siddiqui top-scoring with 37. In response, Karachi’s disabled team reached the target in 18 overs for the loss of only one wicket.

Hasnain, who was declared the man-of-the-match, scored 100 off 61 balls with the help of 10 delightful fours and three huge sixes.
