KARACHI, Oct 6: S M A Rizvi has been unanimously elected chairman of the SMA Rizvi Textile Institute, a joint venture of Towel Manufacturers Association of Pakistan and the government of Pakistan.

In a meeting of the board of governors held recently Feroz Alam Lari was elected vice-chairman of the institute.

The new members for the years 2008-2011 are: Waqar Alam, Abdul Razak Teli, Tahir Jahangir, Syed Usman Ali, Azad Ahmed Khan and Nisar Ali Bhagat, says a press release.
