HARIPUR: Body found

HARIPUR, Sept 30: The body of a proclaimed offender was found here on Monday night.

According to Khalabat Township police, Fiaz Khan had allegedly shot dead his paternal cousin Waheed Ahmed over a dispute of fishing from Tarbela Lake some six months back.

The police had registered a criminal case against him and declared him a proclaimed offender.

However, the area people spotted his body in village Brugg of union council Nara Amazai and informed the police. The body was taken to the DHQ hospital for autopsy. According to the doctors the man was shot at his chest.
