Man kills wife
SUKKUR, Sept 28: A woman was strangled to death by her husband on the pretext of karo-kari in Riazat Golato village of the Risaldar area near Kandhkot late on Saturday night.
Mohammad Saleh Golato, suspecting his wife Subhan Khatoon 22, of being a kari, strangled her to death.
The Risaldar police recovered the body and removed it to the Kandhkot hospital for post mortem.
The Risaldar police, on the complaint of Kaloo Golato, brother of the woman, registered a case against Saleh and Akhtiar Golato but made no arrest.
