NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Sept 28: One person was killed and 11 others, including eight children, were injured on Sunday, when two cars collided head-on between two cars near Nango Shah Mori on the National Highway.

According to the Naushahro Feroze police, Mohammad Aslam Arain was going to Sargodha from Karachi along with his wife and five children when his car collided with the other car. The occupants of the other car, Nevand Mal, his wife, and children were going to Nawabshah via Khairpur.

All the injured were shifted to the Naushahro Feroze hospital from where Mohammad Aslam Arain, Abdul Rauf, Adnan, baby Javeria and Madan were referred to the Nawabshah Medical Hospital due to their critical condition.

However, Madan succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.

The Naushahro Feroze police told Dawn that the Motorway police had been informed to take the belongings of the occupants of the two cars into their custody.
