By Our Staff Reporter
KARACHI, Sept 26: The government has appointed a retired officer of the Pakistan Air Force as head of the Civil Aviation Authority.
Air Commodore (retd) Junaid Amin, whose appointment was announced on Friday, was henceforth working as the chief executive of CAA’s Airport Services.
He joined the CAA about three years ago as president of the investigation board.
He also worked as chief of human resources.
The top office of the CAA fell vacant in mid-August when the contract of Farooq Rehmatullah ended.
