KARACHI, Sept 26: Two ships scheduled to load/offload containers and diesel oil were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Friday.

Meanwhile, four more ships carrying containers and palm oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.Seven ships, Saudi Abha, Captain Markos, Nova Noor, Xue Song, Al Salam-II, Chemstar Moon and Pas Dignity, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, palm oil, diesel oil, phosphoric acid and coal. A cargo volume of 71,743 tons comprising 63,249 tons of import and 8,494 tons of export tonnage was handled.

S.D Glory, Chemstar Moon, Xue Song and Saudi Abha sailed out while Al Salam-lI was expected to depart.
