KARACHI, Sept 25: The director-general of colleges, Sindh, who is also chairman of the admission committee of the Centralised Admission Policy (CAP), has allowed managements of the colleges, where seats are still available, to grant admissions on their discretion to eligible candidates in Class-XI.—APP
