KARACHI, Sept 22: The Pakistan Post has announced that it will set up camp offices during the Eid mail season.

A statement issued by the Pakistan Post here on Monday said that these temporary post offices, to be called “Eid stalls” would function from Sept 23 to the last day of Ramazan.

Three Eid stalls have been set up in Karachi, two in Lahore and one each in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Sialkot. The working hours for these would be fixed in accordance with the timings of the commercial centres within their vicinity.

Eid greeting cards meant for dispatch through the Pakistan Post would be accepted at these stalls, where booking of gifts and parcels would also be done.

All postal products, including philatelic items and albums, would be available at the these stalls. Special arrangements have been made for quick transportation of articles from the stalls to the DMO.—APP
