KARACHI, Sept 19: The 57th annual general meeting of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) approved 10 per cent bonus shares in addition to the two interim dividends of 155 per cent on ordinary shares capital already paid to the shareholders during the year 2007-08, says press release.

Chairman M. A. K. Alizai apprised the members of the impressive performance of the company, which has achieved record sales and earnings.
