LAHORE, Sept 17: Pakistan will participate in a four-nation hockey tournament to be held in India in February next year.

Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) secretary Asif Bajwa said on Wednesday that besides Pakistan and the hosts, two other countries to participate are Netherlands and Germany.

Bajwa said he will also be touring India after Eid-ul-Fitr to revive Indo-Pak series on the home and away basis. He said he would try to sign the MoU for the series for four years so that it could be held for a longer time without any interruption.

He added that Pakistan will also be sending a club team to take part in an Asian Club championship to be held in Malaysia in November. An inter-provincial club championship will be held in Octoberin which champions would represent the country in Malaysia, he said.
