KARACHI, Sept 14: Security has been beefed up in the metropolis in the wake of serial blasts in the Indian capital, New Delhi on Saturday.

This was stated by Capital City Police Officer Wasim Ahmed.

He said strict security measures had already been taken at and around mosques, Imambargahs and other religious places, besides venues of Taravih prayers. Similarly, stringent security had been ensured at shopping centres in the city.—APP
