PESHAWAR: Two brothers shot dead

PESHAWAR, Sept 14: Two persons were killed and two injured in attacks here, late on Saturday night.

Shahnawaz and Naveed, two brothers, were shot dead when their relative Roman Khan, along with his two sons and other accomplices, attacked their residence at Hassan Garhi, said Abdur Rasheed, father of the deceased, in a complaint lodged with the police. The police claimed that the deceased had a property dispute with their relatives.

Shahnawaz died on the spot while Naveed expired at a local hospital on Sunday. Police said that two persons from the attacking side were also injured in the crossfire and were admitted to hospital. — Bureau Report
