KARACHI, Sept 11: The Jamaat-i-Islami, Karachi chapter, has announced that it will hold a protest demonstration on Friday outside Masjid-i-Nauman, Lasbella Chowk, after Jumma prayers against the government’s failure to arrest killers of a party worker and three activists of its student wing, the Islami Jamiat Tulba, in the city a couple of weeks back.

A JI press release said that the Sindh home minister had held out the assurance about an early arrest of the killers but no one had been held as yet.—PPI
