Chinese looted

LAHORE, Sept 8: Robbers looted cash and cell phones from a Chinese during a street crime incident in South Cantonment police precinct on Monday.

Police said two robbers stopped Insholene and robbed him of 9,500 rupees, 52 dollars, 700 Chinese yen and two cell phones at gunpoint. In other incidents, three robbers struck Moeenuddin and his wife at their doorstep in Ahmad Block, Garden Town, and deprived them of cash, 14 tolas of gold ornaments and cell phones.

Two robbers stopped Akram at Rajpur Chowk, in the limits of Shahdra Town police, and took away Rs70,000 and a cell phone from him at gunpoint.

Two robbers held Malik Tariq Awan and his two female relatives at gunpoint in the jurisdiction of Nawankot police and deprived them of jewellery while as many robbers snatched five tolas of jewellery from Waqarul Hassan and his wife in Mughalpura police precinct.

Robert Masih lost Rs2,800 and two cell phones to robbers in Factory Area while Shahid Masih was robbed of Rs2,100 and a cell phone in Nishtar Colony.

Three robbers looted Rs300 and a cell phone from Zafar Iqbal Naseem in the limits of Ichhra police.
