NAWABSHAH: Woman killed by stray bullet

NAWABSHAH, Sept 8: A woman died in firing at a ceremony in Taj colony here on Monday.

Ms Shaiman, 27, was injured when she was hit by a stray bullet during firing at an aqeeqa ceremony. She was taken to Nawabshah Medical College Hospital where she died.

Later, Mohammad Akram Rajput lodged an FIR with the A-section police stating that his brother-in-law, Ghulam Hyder Zardari, had resorted to firing and when he stopped him several times, he got angry and opened fire on his sister.

JOB LETTERS: Local PPP leader and coordinator to MNA Faryal Talpur, Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, distributed job offer letters to about 60 candidates for various posts in Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Programme at H.M. Khoja auditorium here on Monday.
