KARACHI, Sept 2: Ten ships carrying urea, containers and to load cement are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where five ships, Caribbean Carrier, Sari to load cement, Mol Ability to unload and load containers, Wilis for bunkering and SCE-A, oil tanker, were berthed after the departure of nine.

The departing ships were led by India Express, Bavaria Express, Deja Bhum, Blida, Grigoroussa-1, Ashraf-B, Bow Hunter, Xiang Au and Wilis, Whike Hyundai Baron, Mol Ability, Erria Vietnam and Omega King, ECE-A are due to sail out on Wednesday.

A total tonnage of 83,986 tons comprising 29,806 tons of export cargo and 54,180 tons of import tonnage was handled on Tuesday.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Lake Maja, Fatima-1 to load cement, Ocala with 20,000 tons of urea, Memphis, Northern Harmony, Kota Puri, Cap Colorado, Global Express and Conti Harmony with containers.
