Hostage escapes

SHIKARPUR, Aug 30: One Mohammad Fayaz Arain escaped from the custody of the kidnappers late on Friday night.

According to Rustam police Mohammad Fayaz Arain, who was kidnapped by unidentified armed men from Thatta about 13 days back, escaped from the custody of the kidnappers while taking advantage of darkness late on Friday night.

The kidnapee approached a police patrolling party on Rustam-Chak link road.
