T20 International cancelled
CHESTER-LE-STREET (England), Aug 19: England’s Twenty20 International against South Africa at Durham on Wednesday has been cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch.
Officials met with ground staff on Tuesday and the decision was reached following discussions with both teams, the England and Wales Cricket Board said.
The teams are due to play on Friday at Headingley in the first of five One-day Internationals.—Reuters
