110 helicopters overhauled
ISLAMABAD, Aug 9: A roll-out ceremony of Lama and AB-205 helicopters was held at the Aviation Base Workshop on Saturday. The event marked the successful overhaul of the 110th helicopter at the workshop.
Speaking on the occasion, the General Officer Commanding of Army Aviation, Maj-Gen Waqar Ahmed Kingravi, commended the efforts of officers and other personnel in maintaining the highest standards of quality at the workshop. He described them as the backbone of the army’s aviation division.
He underlined the need for skill development at the workshop. He also praised the efforts of all technicians involved in the overhaul of helicopters.—Reporter
