KARACHI, July 28: Two ships carrying palm oil and chemicals were berthed during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday.

Meanwhile, three more ships with containers, diesel oil and chemicals also arrived at the outer anchorage.

Seven ships, Abbud-G, Santa Fe, Monique, Oem Star, Ocean Beauty, Met Stock and Gamma Tank, were busy in loading and unloading cement, rice, chemicals, iron are, palm oil and diesel oil.A cargo volume of 44,528 tons comprising 38,802 tons of import and 5,726 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Gamma Tank and Oem Star sailed out.
