KARACHI, July 28: Six vessels carrying containers and to load naphtha are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where nine ships, Sealo-1, Adriatic Arrow, Bulk Arrow to load cement, Y.M. Inauguration, Cosco Karachi and Saigon Express to unload and load containers and Gulf Tiger, Tiheroula and Quasar, oil tankers followed them were berthed after departure of dozen ships during the last two days.

The departing ships were led by Calvin P. Titus, Orient Stride, Oel Trust, Kota Gunawan, Kapitan Byankin, Jitra Bhum, Han Sprinter, Lida, Flag Investor, Lena, Met Stockhorn and Otello Manship, while Adriatic Arrow, St. Irene, Cosco Lian Yun Gang and Quasar are due to sail out on Tuesday.

A total tonnage of 276,000 tons comprising 73,348 tons of export tonnage and 203,000 tons of import cargo was handled.

The following ships are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday: Gulf Horizon to load 45,000 tons of naphtha, Lucky Man, Bunga Teratai-3, APL Dalian, Harmony and Sima Sahba with general cargo.
