SUKKUR: Man shot dead

SUKKUR, July 26: A young man died of gun shot in mysteriously circumstances in village Ghar Pehenja near Fauji Fertiliser Company, in Mirpur Mathelo early on Saturday.

18-year-old Ameer Shaikh, son of Miran Shaikh, was found shot dead in his house. His father told police that on the midnight of Friday and Saturday a group of dacoits barged into their house and tried to loot them.

And when his son tried to resist the move the dacoits shot him dead and fled.

However, the area people claimed that the boy had committed suicide due to some domestic problem. However, no case was registered.—BoC
