By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, July 22: More than 21 million people above the age of 18 years have not yet obtained their computerized national identity cards (CNICs), it is reliably learnt. According to sources, the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has so far issued around 64 million CNICs while the country’s adult population has been estimated at over 85 million.
