KARACHI, July 21: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has regretted the inconvenience caused to its subscribers due to disruption in service amid protest by its workers for some days.

A PTCL press release issued on Monday said that an emergency centre had been established in Karachi to help subscribers get their complaints resolved.

Subscribers have been advised to dial 111-900-900 to lodge their complaints regarding restoration of telephone connections and non-receipt or correction of telephone bills, besides any other billing-related problems.

The centre would function round the clock, it added.
