Kashmir talks postponed
NEW DELHI, July 10: A meeting of the Pakistan-India Technical Working Group on LoC (Line of Control) confidence-building measures, which was to be held on Thursday in Islamabad, has been postponed at the request of India as the head of the Indian delegation had to rush to Kabul because of an emergency there.—APP
