SUKKUR: Two dacoits captured

SUKKUR, July 8: Police arrested two armed dacoits after an encounter in Society area situated in the limits of Abad police station on Tuesday and recovered arms and ammunition and looted items from their possession.Two dacoits broke into the house of Bilawal Soomro in society area and overpowered the family members, said police. They looted cash, jewellery and other valuables. They were fleeing away when a police party of Abad police station reached at the spot.

After a brief gunbattle, police managed to arrest Nazir Ahmed Jamali and Aijaz Lolai. Further investigations are under way.
