Govt will do everything to stop terrorism, says Asif

ISLAMABAD, July 7: Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari said on Monday the people behind Sunday’s suicide bomb attack in Islamabad were trying to create chaos and the government would do everything to stop them.

Mr Zardari said in a statement that the attack was despicable and must be rejected and condemned by all.

“PPP realises the grave threat that such terrorist activities pose to the country and the government will do everything possible to check the activities of such elements and those responsible will be brought to justice,” he said.—Reuters
