Sacked teachers protest

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, July 7: The sacked teachers of National Commission for Human Development supported by other parties staged demonstration demanding restoration of their services on Monday.

The organisers of about 22 union councils and terminated teachers of the NCHD held a meeting in Moro.

Later, led by Feeder Teachers Action Committee leaders, Samiullah Rahu, Ghulam Mustafa, Labour Party Pakistan secretary Sindh, Younus Rahu, Progressive Youth Front Zamir and National Traders leaders staged demonstration outside Moro press club.

They said they had worked as teacher in NCHD for years and were paid monthly salary but now they had been deprived of their jobs. They demanded of the government to consider their case on humanitarian grounds.
