LARKANA, July 5: Sassui Bhutto, daughter of Z.A. Bhutto’s youngest son late Mir Shahnawaz Bhutto, insists her visit to her father’s native city was purely apolitical. Flanked by Ghinwa Bhutto, chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party-Shaheed Bhutto, Fatima Bhutto and Zulfikar Bhutto Junior at Al-Murtaza House on Saturday, Sassui told journalists how happy she was to be in Larkana.

She said that she had visited Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto on Friday and offered fateha on the graves of Z.A. Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, Mir Murtaza Bhutto and her father Mir Shahnawaz Bhutto.

“Again early on Saturday, I went there and I felt the visit had somehow relieved the burden on my heart,” she said.

Replying to queries, Ghinwa Bhutto said that the doors of her party were open to all. “If Makhdoom Amin Fahim joins our party we will welcome him,” she said.

Later in the evening, Sassui accompanied by Ghinwa Bhutto, Fatima Bhutto and Zulfikar Junior visited the Bhutto Estate. It was her first visit to the estate where the estate manager briefed the family about details of property, sources in the family said.
