HYDERABAD, July 5: Controller of examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad on Saturday announced the results of SSC part-II (class-X) Science and General Group annual examination 2008.

SCIENCE GROUP: Daniya, seat No.62298 and Ainul Saba, seat No.58215 shared the first position by obtaining 789 marks each.

Asma Kafeel seat No.62295 bagged the second position by obtaining 788 marks; Seeratul Urooj seat No.64953 and Dua Mehfooz Memon seat No.58705 shared third position by obtaining 786 marks each.

Raja Awais Shafique seat No.91702 and Choudhry Rehman Hussain seat No.54522 shared first position by obtaining 795 marks each.

Second position was shared by four students — Ubaidur Rehman seat No.91733; Mohammad Haris Choudhry seat No.91669, Shaharyar Bashir, seat No.66656; and Mohammad Ali Khan by obtaining 787 marks each.

Amir Ali Drigh seat No.91576 secured third position by obtaining 785 marks.

The percentage of successful candidates is 89.05 per cent.

GENERAL GROUP: Aliya Begum seat No.101778 secured first position by obtaining 685 marks; Shizra seat No.102332 bagged second, and the third position went to Musrat-un-Nisa, seat No.101668 by obtaining 657 marks.
