Volleyball team named

ISLAMABAD, July 2: The Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF) announced a twelve-member junior team which will participate in the President of Kazakhstan International volleyball tournament scheduled to be played from July 6-13 in Kazakhstan.

Seven countries including hosts Kazakhstan, Iran, Pakistan, Bahrain, Russia, Tunisia and Slovenia are participating in the event, said an official of PVF.

He said that Pakistani team will be facing a tough competition however they are hopeful that the team would perform well in the championship.

Ali Reza Moameri, head coach, Muhammad Akram, assistant coach, and Najum ul Hassnain Sajid, match referee, will accompany the junior volleyball string, the official concluded.

Team:

Mohib Rasool, Muhammad Imran, Zaheer Khan, Nasir Khan, Zaheer Abbas (captain), Haseeb ul Hasan, Ali Abbas, Shahrukh, Asif Nadeem, Aimal Khan, Farooq Khan and Shah Faisal.
