KARACHI, July 2: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has appointed Minister for Irrigation and Power Jam Saifullah Khan Dharejo as Chairman of the Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA) with immediate effect, a handout issued here on Wednesday said.—APP
