JACOBABAD, July 1: The Pakistan Medical Association’s local chapter has taken out a rally against the kidnapping of a medical superintendent of taluka hospital in Sehwan and two sons of Doctor Ahmed Ali Brohi — Rashid and Arshad — kidnapped from Shahdadkot.

The procession started from the Sarfaraz chowk.

Sindh PMA vice-president Dr A.G. Ansari, Dr B.H. Khurrana, Dr Mehtab Qureshi, and Dr Ghulam Sarwar Solangi were leading the protest.

After marching on different roads of the city the protesters reached at the DCO chowk where they staged sit-in.

They said that the medical superintendent of Sehwan, Dr Moin Siddiqui, was kidnapped ten days ago from Sehwan and not recovered yet.

They demanded protection for doctors.
