JACOBABAD, June 26: A man was arrested while three others managed to escape in a police encounter at Bhagan Laro in the Thul area on Wednesday, police said.
According to police, the Thul SHO was patrolling when he saw four suspected persons standing at Bhagan Laro.
The SHO intercepted them on which they opened fire and a brief encounter took place. Police managed to arrest accused Naimatullah Soomro, while his three other accomplices escaped.
No FIR was lodged till the filing of this report.
