Two soldiers killed in rocket attack
QUETTA, June 23: Two security personnel were killed and two others were injured in a rocket attack near Kachhi canal in Sui tehsil on Monday, it is learnt.
Armed men fired rockets on the Frontier Corps checkpost in Jano Beri area, killing two troops identified as Mohammad Yousuf and Mohyuddin and injuring two others.
Meanwhile, a college teacher was injured when a bomb went off in high security zone of the provincial capital in the afternoon.
He was identified as Prof Aurangzeb.
Unknown people had planted the device in front of the main gate of the PTCL office just near the Governor’s House chowk.
