KU declares results of BSc exams

KARACHI, June 17: The examinations department of the University of Karachi on Tuesday announced the results of BSc (Medical Technology) part-II annual examinations 2007.

Beenish Mugal, daughter of Mohammad Nosha Mirza, seat number 72006, clinched the first position in the order of merit, Shahina Kalam, daughter of Mohammad Kalamuddin, seat number 72029, stood second while Aeman Siddiqui, daughter of Rafiquzzaman Siddiqui, secured the third position. All the three toppers belong to the Z.A. School of Medical Technology (SIUT).

According to the statistics, as many as 80 students appeared in the exams while 72 of them managed to pass the exams. The overall pass percentage remained at 90 per cent.

Meanwhile, the University of Karachi also declared the results of BSc (Medical Technology) part-I annual examination 2007.

Only 14 candidates appeared in the exams and of them 13 were declared successful. The pass percentage remained at 92.85.—Agencies
