KARACHI: Name changed

KARACHI, June 16: The Sindh chief minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, on Monday gave his approval to the change of the name of the Razzaqabad Police Training School to Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Elite Police Training Centre.

He also announced a grant of Rs5 million for the training centre and a monthly stipend of Rs1,000 for the under-training officials and jawans.—APP
