Pro-judiciary posters

Published June 8, 2008

LAHORE, June 7: Students from universities across Lahore fixed 1,000 posters all over the city, which urge the restoration of the judiciary to its pre-Nov 3 status and ask the people to join in the lawyers’ long march on June 12.

The university students, belonging to the Student Action Committee, a non-partisan pressure group, now plan to fix another 1,000 posters on Saturday night. Around 20 hard-core activists were responsible for the activity which took place between 10pm and 7am. — Staff Reporter
