Chamber flays PTCL

By Our Correspondent

SUKKUR, May 28: The Sukkur Chamber of Commerce and Industry has urged the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) to withdraw the proposal to charge calls made to ‘17’ (Inquiry).

According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, the Sukkur chamber said that recently the PTCL changed the Inquiry No 17 and announced to impose call charges, which is quite unjust.

The chamber added that scrapping of a free phone facility was an attempt to defame the present democratic government.
