Badminton course ends

LAHORE, May 27: A seven-day badminton coaching course, conducted by the UK-based Pakistan coach Raziuddin, concluded here on Tuesday.

In all, 14 coaches took part in the course.

Nadeem Ishaq Mir took the first position while Rafique Babar and Azhar Javed claimed the second and third positions, respectively.

Pakistan Badminton Federation secretary Aamir Hayat Rokhri said the federation would take full advantage from the presence of Razi in Pakistan as his services would be hired in organising regional and national coaching camps for youngsters as well as for national players.

Coaches:

Nadeem Ishaq Mir, Rafique Babar, Azhar Javed, Liaquat Ali, Mohammad Akram, Ghazanfar Ali Shah, Tahseenullah, Aurangzeb Iqbal, Amjad Hussain Mala, Wasim Ahmed Butt, Razia Parveen, Masood Ahmed, Riaz Javed, Mohammad Naeem.
