Woman dies at Indian High Commission


ISLAMABAD, May 27: A woman, who came at the Indian embassy to seek visa, died when she was waiting in a queue here on Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Jhanara Begum, 65, a resident of Lahore. She along with her family member, including a daughter, arrived in the capital for getting Indian visa.

According to police, she fell unconscious and was taken to the Federal Government Services Hospital where doctors pronounced her dead.—Staff Reporter
