Package for teachers

LAHORE, May 25: Problems being faced by teachers serving in government schools will be solved under a package to be enforced from September 1, 2007 with retrospective effect.

Education Executive District Officer (EDO) Abdul Shakoor stated this during a meeting with a delegation of Punjab Teachers Union. The delegation led by Lahore District Union President Rashid Ahmed Bhatti informed the EDO of the problems being faced by teachers.
