ATTOCK, May 18: Lawyers here on Sunday vowed to launch their struggle with a new spirit and courage as per decision of All Pakistan Lawyers’ Representative Convention for reinstatement of deposed judges.

In a statement, president District Bar Association Rana Afsar Ali Khan, member Supreme Court Bar Association Sheikh Ahsanuddin and secretary general DBA Malik Israr said lawyers of Attock would follow all the decisions/steps which would be taken by their central leadership.

They said they would participate in the lawyers’ conventions scheduled in Faisalabad on May 24, Peshawar on May 31 and Lahore on June 9. The lawyers would also ask students, traders, civil society representatives and pro-judiciary forces to join the new round of lawyers’ movement with the same spirit which they had been demonstrating for the last one year.
