MITHI, May 13: Twenty-two candidates, including 14 covering candidates, have filed nomination papers for by-elections on PS-62 Tharparkar-III (Nagarparkar) seat till Tuesday.
Main candidates: Kamal Chang (PPP), Sharjil Inam Memon (PPP), Arbab Naimatullah (PML-Q), Sunil Kumar Malani (PPP), Mean Bajir (PPP), Mir Amanullah Talpur (PPP), Pir Imdad Ali Shah (independent) and Maghan Kolhi (independent).
Polls for PS-62 Nagarparkar had been ordered by the Election Commission after Arbab Haji Abdullah’s death in an accident.
He had won this seat. He was an elder brother of Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim.
