BNP-M activists celebrate
QUETTA, May 9: Joyous activists of the Balochistan National Party (Mengal) danced in the streets on Friday to celebrate the release of their party chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal.
The BNP had planned to hold a rally on Friday against the government but it turned into a festive occasion when the party received the news of Mr Mengal’s release.
BNP senior vice-president Dr Jehanzeb Jamaldani and secretary general Habib Jalib Baloch distributed sweets outside the press club. Party members danced and kept the Sariab Road closed for two hours.
