LARKANA, May 6: Additional Sessions Judge Ratodero and Returning Officer for NA-207 (Larkana-IV) Jan Mohammed Kalhoro on Tuesday refused to receive nomination papers of Ms Faryal Talpur for the seat.

When Ziaul Hassan Lanjar appeared in the court on behalf of Ms Faryal for filing her nomination papers, the judge refused to receive them, saying that after the postponement of by-elections he had yet not received new schedule so he could not receive the nomination papers.

The lawyer of Ms Faryal told journalists said that he would study the new development and may move courts.

WHEAT: District Nazim Larkana Mohammad Bakhsh Arijo on Tuesday under section 144 Cr. P.C banned the movement of wheat outside the territorial jurisdiction of Larkana District for seven days.
