WAZIRABAD, March 23: ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan has said that the Chaudhry brothers of Gujrat would be ineffective in their role of opposition without the support of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).

Wali stated this while talking to journalists at the residence of ANP district president Sheikh Muhammad Saeed in Gujranwala on Sunday.

Asfandyar said that despite being the party president, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain failed to win even a single seat.

The ANP leader said that his party and the PML-N were striving hard for complete restoration of the judiciary and the judges. To a question, he said the ANP would field its candidates even in the Punjab province in the next general elections.

Criticising the PML-Q on its uttering horse-trading allegations on political parties, he said that they themselves indulged in extensive horse-trading, therefore, they were not in a justified position to cast allegations on others. – APP
