Medical aid for Sarki urged

HYDERABAD, March 23: The Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz has appealed to the Balochistan governor to take immediate and effective measures for medical treatment of JSQM general secretary Dr Safdar Sarki, an inmate of Zhob jail whose health has deteriorated.

JSQM spokesman Sagar Hanif Burdi said in a statement that Dr Sarki was seriously ill but he was not being provided medical treatment. He appealed to the Balochistan Governor Zulfiqar Magsi and the provincial government to provide medical treatment to Dr Sarki.—Bureau
