RAWALPINDI, March 23: The World TB Day is being observed on Monday with an aim of creating public awareness about the disease, which is causing deaths of several million people each year, mostly in the developing countries.

The slogan for the day this year is “I am stopping TB”, with a message that every one of us including the health leaders, the health workers, the patients, the family, and the community members has a role to play to prevent the TB.
